  3. 2. Action: Widen the trace , and test if it is improved.It is also failed.

  4. Delete inductor L28 (&L63) ,it is passed.

  5. +1_05V_VCC_EXP,it is passed.

  6. Action: 1.Enhance the source voltage of +1_05V_VTT, for example 40mV,change PR187 from 13.3k to 15k.

  7. Solution: 1.Enhance the source voltage of +1_05V_VTT, The value of Suggestion 30mV. 2.Improve Layout, Widen the power trace.

  8. 3. Action: Widen the trace , and test if it is improved. It is passed.

  11. Action: 1.Enhance the source voltage of +1_05V_VTT, for example 20mV,change PR222 from 3.3k to 3.9k and PR229 from 10k to 11k.

  12. Solution: 1.Enhance the source voltage of PEX_VDD, The value of Suggestion 20mV. 2.Improve Layout, Widen the power trace.
