  2. 2011 Graduation and Completion Index *State Benchmark is 85 for full accreditation

  3. Freshman AcademyPurpose: To provide extra support to first time freshmen with a core group of teachers and support elective class.

  4. Online Credit Recovery Purpose: To provide students an opportunity to repeat failed courses in a semester 2010-11 Sept enrollment – 34 June enrollment – 25Credits recovered= 27 2011-12 Sept enrollment – 28 1st 9 wks pass rate= 93%

  5. Mentoring Program Purpose: To provide an adult mentor to students with behavioral and academic concerns 2010-11 3 Adults assigned to 56 Students 2011-12 4 Adults assigned to 56 Students

  6. 20 Day Reports Purpose: Identify at-risk students All Ds and Fs per teacher – every 20 days Data team meets after each due date to review Data submitted: Course, grade, attendance, behavior, interventions

  7. Advisory Block Purpose: Provide positive character building lessons for entire school TOPICS: • Goal Setting • Bullying • Cooperation • Diversity • Honesty • Kindness • Respect • Self Control

  8. 8th Block Purpose: To extend the school day for seniors who need one or two classes to graduate on time. 2011-12 Currently attendance is inconsistent; therefore only 12 out of 19 are passing
