PAL Team aimed to identify the main obstacles and potential collaborations and growth areas. Desk research was conducted to review current developments on e-commerce, digital livelihoods, and refugees as well as qualitative and quantitative data gathered through interviews with stakeholders and publicly available sources. The report included preliminary diagnostics and a pre-feasibility analysis and developed recommendations for UNDP to facilitate interventions in this area.
