Interventions to Enhance E-Commerce and E-Work Capabilities of Syrians in Turkey

PAL Team aimed to identify the main obstacles and potential collaborations and growth areas. Desk research was conducted to review current developments on e-commerce, digital livelihoods, and refugees as well as qualitative and quantitative data gathered through interviews with stakeholders and publicly available sources. The report included preliminary diagnostics and a pre-feasibility analysis and developed recommendations for UNDP to facilitate interventions in this area. The report has not been disclosed by the client. The file includes table of contents of the report.
