Subregional Planning Activities of PSPA – Pacific Southwest Planning Association(As of October 23, 2007) • Held 7 meetings • Meeting participants have included transmission owners and operators • TANC, PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, IID, CAISO, WAPA, Cities of Anaheim, Azusa, Banning, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Riverside, Sacramento, Vernon • Principles and Objectives - completed • Intend to become a TEPPC recognized subregional group • Actively drafting Organizational Agreement based on Principles and Objectives • Once organization agreement drafted, other stakeholder discussion and input will be sought • Footprint will not align with state’s boundary, instead will align with assets • Discussion of two organizations instead of one • PSPA: Pacific Southwest Planning Association • Or a variant for two organizations • Schedule: • Draft agreement schedule – November 30 • Stakeholder discussion – early December October 25-26, 2007 PCC Meeting
