But, what can we learn about new ways to wear perfume from the world's most fragrance-obsessed culture? Walking down the mall, you know that there is no other place than Dubai to find the best Arabic perfumes in the UAE. Some notes can be found—jasmine, sandalwood, bakhoor, or oud – every person seems to exude an aroma or a blending of fragrances, as opposed to anything in the western world you usually meet. The Emiratis, the world's largest per capita spenders of luxurious perfume, make new perfumes faster than any western city according to several sources.
