  3. How does the Student Records Reporting Dashboard work?

  4. How to Log in… www.nyu.edu/brio Log in using your NYU log in information (not your Stern info)

  5. Click on Student Records, then SR-Prod

  6. You’ve made it to the Dashboard!

  7. 1.Enter in your unique EPM User name (this is your netID) & Password2.Press GO!

  8. Stay Calm and Carry On!Note: Sometimes New Brio can take a while to process information. PROCESSING…

  9. Select the Excel extract or formatted report from the menu: If you have not done so already, please review FERPA policy!

  10. S-Reports! • Student Data • Basic Enrollment - enrolled, not enrolled, maintaining matriculation, dropped for non-payment, full-time/part-time, leave of absence, etc. • Bio/demo Info: contact information, sex, ethnicity, age, etc. • Academic Statistics – grade-point averages, earned hours, attempted hours, probation status • Students’ Course Information – list of courses students are taking, midterm grades, final grades • Advisor Information – assigning and tracking students’ advisors • Other Attributes - major, minor, graduation term

  11. C and P-Reports! Course Data • Course Set-up - all courses being offered in a term with faculty, enrollment caps, meeting times and all other course attributes • Class roster - single roster for combined sections including student email • Profile of students in course -home school, major, level, etc. • Grade information by course/department Program/Plan Data • Major/Minor - all students in a department’s major or minor

  12. R-Reports • PDF reports including… • Screen “105” Class Section Report • Schedule of Classes “Proofing” Report • Class Roster/ Student Email Report • Student Class Schedule Report A-Reports New Advisor Queries

  13. Enter desired filters using the list boxes – when finished click SUBMIT button…

  14. Results are displayed for review and the data can be extracted to Excel with the click of a button:

  15. The data can then be manipulated using the full set of Excel tools:

  16. Formatted reports can be saved as an Adobe PDF with the click of a button…
