Integration with ERP • How do BMRAM & ERP communicate? • Asset ID & attributes are passed from ERP to BMRAM into read-only fields • ERP is master with respect to asset record, BMRAM is slave • BMRAM may accept work order number information from ERP, passing back closed status to ERP upon completion
