  3. FORM 11’s AND 12’s • Form 11 for SY 13-14 is complete. Please review and inform us if there is a need to transfer any items. List of items expected coming up. • Next year’s 11’s should be available in July. • Check your Form 12’s and your warehouse provided expiration reports to be sure that you have arranged to have all commodities delivered before the end of school. • Form 12 prices updated and finalized monthly. How does this relate to the History Report? How do both relate to End of Year Report?

  5. YEAR END CLOSEOUT OF COMMODITIES SY 13-14 Use your commodities before the school year ends. Even though it’s acceptable, there should be no need this year to store commodities over the summer at your distributor’s warehouse. If you intend to leave commodities with your distributor, YOU MUST… Submit HOLD FORM to our office and distributor. Order your items for SY 14-15 through the online ordering system before the end of SY 13-14. If not, your food will become part of the EOY inventory that we transfer to someone else.

  6. DELIVERY PRICE INCREASES • The CPI rose 1.5% during 2013. • Both distributors requested and were granted price increases. • The 1.5% increase means that the weekly delivery prices will go up by $0.03 per case. • Pick-up prices and extra storage charges will increase accordingly. • New prices will be effective June 1, 2014. • New prices will be shown in the FDP Update you’ll receive this summer.

SUMMER FEEDING VENDORS • FROZEN PEACH CUPS WILL ARRIVE AT WOOD-FRUITTICHER DURING THE FIRST HALF OF APRIL. • WE WILL NOTIFY THE SPONSOR OF ARRIVAL. • IF WE KNOW YOU ARE A VENDOR WE’LL ALSO NOTIFY YOU. • COORDINATE FROZEN PEACH CUPS PICK-UP WITH YOUR SPONSOR. • PICK-UP BY JUNE 30. • PICK-UP PRICE BEFORE JUNE 1 - $1.07. ON OR AFTER JUNE 1 - $1.08.
