Remind.com • If you know you will have trouble with remembering when things are due, you can sign up for this service • It allows me to send out class reminders for when things are due • This is optional, but I recommend it for those of you who have trouble with this kind of stuff! • I put a handout for how to sign-up in your folders • IT’S FREE

Quizlet • We will be learning a lot of vocabulary words this year having to deal with the material we read • I will be creating flashcards available on Quizlet for those of you who wish to study this way • You may download the app on your phone. . .it’s free! Or, you can access them online. Your choice! • I will e-mail you a link to this class via your school gmail accounts

  6. Class Website • The class website is where you can go for: • a calendar of what we will be doing each day • assignments that you were absent for • to digitally turn in assignments (essays, powerpoints, etc.) • To contact me if you forget my e-mail! • Here’s the address: smithkortslhs.weebly.com • A short scavenger hunt assignment having to deal with this site is due this Friday
