Survey reveals 97% want to own a home, with 82% considering under $150,000 affordable. Associates desire 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes within a 25-mile radius, costing less than $150,000. Only 28 homes meeting criteria are available in the region.

Reopened in January 1991 • Restarted operations with 13 employees • Currently 1130 employees in Crestview, FL • Two Business Segments – • AeroStructures Group – manufacturing aircraft and helicopter structures and major airframe assemblies • Aircraft Modification Group – modification of Air Force special operations C-130’s and helicopters

What is affordable housing for Crestview Aerospace Associates A survey was distributed to all 1130 full time associates with 519 respondents to determine how they define: • What is “affordable” • What type of home they desire • Where they would like to live Of the 519 respondents to our survey: • 97%* of associates would like to own a home • 82%* consider less than $150,000. to be affordable
