  1. Patiente de 48 ans présentant une densité du QSE droit de contours plus ou moins réguliers dans son segment supérieur visible sur l'incidence oblique externe en mammographie de dépistage, non visible en échographie. Elle nous est adressée pour une angiomammographie.

  2. L'angiomammographie est réalisée, elle ne montre aucune prise de contraste pathologique en particulier dans le QSE droit, se qui permet d'infirmer la présence d'un processus suspect.
