  1. New Governance Model • Each NSF Funded RP-site and the GIG will appoint one voting representative to the TeraGrid Forum. • The TeraGrid Forum will elect a Chair who is affiliated with the TeraGrid project. • The Chair will set agendas for meetings • The Chair will break voting ties when necessary • The Chair will serve as the advocate and public voice for TeraGrid • The TeraGrid will be advised by 2 groups; CUAC for Technical Guidance and a Science Board to represent the users. • The GIG will be led by the GIG PI • Working Groups and RAT’s are working so no changes
