  3. Problems encountered • Lack of understanding of purpose ACB • Some confusion between ACB and technical assistance TA Lengthy process of procuring processes – application of future simplified cost options • More communication and better press coverage

Looking to the future • Improvements in quality of public administrations (CAF) • RBM • proper administrative structures & legality in less developed regions • More capitalisation on ACB projects • Better sharing of best practices between CONV and COMP (HU study visit to FI, exchanging personnel; trainings) • Synergies with territorial cooperation programmes (RESPA, South East Europe OP) • Integrating next coming EU Member States (Croatia) • Open Days 2012
