TM Updates • 5 positions are available: Information Session Coordinator, Interview Coordinator, General Assembly & Discovery Day Coordinator, Members Development Coordinator, and Training Management Coordinator • Helps need on Club Day (September 7 2011, from 10am to 3pm), Sign up with Anne-Marie • Helps need from each portfolio during the interview process (September 21 2011 & September 22 2011) – time will be announce in next GA 6

TM Updates Con’t • Training opportunities on Sales Simulations provided by Vincent (either on Sept 19 or 20) – date, time and application will be announced soon (10 spots). – Facilitators (Experienced members) are needed • Membership cards will expire on August 31 2011, Payment need to receive from returning members by Sunday, September 5 2011 • Upcoming GAs in September 2011: Sunday, September 11 2011 & September 25 2011 7

  8. COMM Updates • 3 positions available: Promotional Designer, Campus Relations Manager, Promotional Manager • Posters are being finalized and will be displayed across campus • T-shirts are being designed • Preparing for promotions during 101 week 8

  12. CR Updates • Preparation for interviews for TN is under way- The TN taker will be doing their interviews for potential candidate next week • A GIP lead generated - Ecovu water Purification Company, follow up in September since they will be coming into some cash then 12
