Viet Nam – Key findings in Phase 1 Motorcycle helmet use / Drinking and Driving • Increase in motorcycle helmet wearing rates in 3 provinces - roadside helmet observations • Law - children aged 6-15 yrs to wear helmets • Drinking and driving legislation - review and increased enforcement • Overall capacity development
