Assessment of Extension Agents. In Sept 2012, Extension Research Persons assessed Extension Agents. The outcome is Extension inputs-raincoat, rainboot, bays tapes were given to them. All Extension Staff Trained by ARMTI and ICT training is on-going for some selected EAs. • CONSTRAINTS • Inadequate agricultural inputs especially – fertilizers • Inadequate funding • Ever reducing number of our extension staff • High EA: farmer ration
