How can we continue to promote the program to your members? • Do we have your most current membership list? • Would you allow UPS to make telemarketing calls to your members? • Is your landing page URL (www.savewithups.com/Association_Acronym) included on all materials promoting the program, including your website, as outlined in your service agreement? • Do you need a banner ad on the homepage of your website to draw attention to the UPS Savings Program? • Have you sent a customized email template to your members promoting the program? This is recommended once per quarter, but can be done more often as needed. • Have you requested an advertisement or PDF flyer from UPS to run in your publications or to distribute to members? • Do you have statement stuffers? Consider a new design theme if you’ve depleted your initial supply and need more. These can be distributed in membership renewal mailings, handed out at events, or put on display in your office.
