  4. Day of Event Volunteers • Volunteers needed for area and/or state competitions on the day of the event. • Examples of Volunteer Roles *Athlete check-in *Recording results * Assisting with awards *Helping with food service and staging of events

  5. Games Organizing Committee Become a member of a team responsible for the organization and implementation of a Special Olympics competition at the area or state level!

  6. Athlete Leadership • Partners with athletes to help expand their experience with Special Olympics Wyoming. • Athlete Leadership Program (ALP) allows athletes to explore many different opportunities. • Athlete Input Councils (AIP) which allow athletes to share their input on local programs.

  7. Youth Activation Council Students that are interested in being an agent of change at their school and community. The Youth Activation Council assists Special Olympics Wyoming in creating a unified and accepting state for people with and without intellectual disabilities!
