  3. Mc'Donald Story 1937's, American society began infatuated with cars, brothers Dik & Mor innovating by opening a special store which can be ordered from the car. Business success. Menu mainstay is the hot-dogs, fried foods (french fries), burgers, sandwiches, coca cola and various salads. This business is exploding, even longer queues to get out the door. Innovation done that is by removing the order from mobill, walk-ups focus on the customer, reducing the list of menus, focus on hamburgers. Changes made headlines in the media, and they get free advertising. In 1955, their efforts stuck, omsetnya remain, and many newcomers who imitate. Finally, the effort suffered a setback.

  4. Mc'Donald Story Ray Kroc yan is pouring all the concepts that exist in the two brothers head into a McDonald's written manual system. Manual was purchased and he also got the rights to expand McDonald's business with the concept of franchising ! Within 4 years, Ray Kroc managed to open a Mc Donald's 100 branches with no capital at all. Everything is paid for by the franchise .
