If agglutination is observed stop the test and perform cell washing procedures before proceeding

Kit contains:auto-agglutination saline screen cards, patient test cards, pipettes, stirrers, diluent, instructions, interpretation guideand report card.Shelf-life: 24 months at room temperature

If agglutination is observed stop the test and perform cell washing procedures before proceeding

Prior to typing, check for auto-agglutination using the card provided in the kit. This card is used for three patients and, after use, should be returned to the kit box.

If agglutination is observed, STOP the test and perform cell washing procedures before proceeding.

If auto-agglutination does not occur, proceed to the next step.

If agglutination is observed stop the test and perform cell washing procedures before proceeding
Remove the Test Card from its plastic sleeve. Write the name/number of the dog and the testing date on the card.

Be sure materials are mixing and “rotating” within each individual well.

Be careful not to cross-contaminate.
