  2. PERILAKU PRESTATIF : • Kecenderungan perilaku seseorang yg berorientasi pada tujuan moderat (tdk rendah & tdk terlalu tinggi) dng memperhatikan kemampuan diri, hambatan dan dukungan lingkungan serta resiko yg ada.

  3. SESEORANG AKAN MEMILIKI PERILAKU PRESTATIF : • DALAM DIRINYA TERJANGKIT SINDROMA PRSETASI • MO - Melebihi Orang lain • BS – Bersaingdg standar prestSendiri • PU – memiliki Prestasi Unik • TP – terlibat dlm Tujuan jangka Panjang

  4. KEBUTUHAN BERPRESTASI • Didorong oleh pemilikan kebutuhan berprestasi

  5. 10 KARAKTER • Tertarik dg berprestasi unt diri sendiri • Menyukai umpan balik konkret • Berorientasi pd pencapaian keberhasilan • Melakukan perhitungan yg realistik ttg kemungkinan berhasil • Mampu membedakan situasi: controlled and luck

  6. Memberikan perhatian pd ma-de • Bersedia tdk mendpt reward saat ini unt kepentingan mendatang • Mengingat dg baik tugas2 yg gagal atau tak terselesaikan • Membuat keputusan berdasarkan pengalaman dan standar sendiri • Mengambil resiko yg tlh diperhitunkan

  8. KREATIF • Suatu kemampuan yg terkait dg cara berpikir yg divergen, yaitu mampu memberikan alternatif jawaban yg sebanyak mungkin unt memecahkan syatu masalah. • Menjadi kreatif berarti melihat sesuatu seperti orang lain, tetapi memikirkan sesuatu yg berbeda.

  9. CERDAS • Suatu kemampuan yg tekait dng cara berpikir yg konvergen • Mampu memberikan jawaban yang tepat dalam suatu permasalahan/persoalan

The specific goals of the Coaching Program are: • To help students develop their self-concepts as learners. • To help students develop self-confidence and reduce their fear of failure. • To provide help in developing study skills. • To improve academic performance. • To assist students in becoming more independent and efficient learners.
