  2. The pottery pictured herein is representative of pottery I have created over the years. The pots are hand-coiled (as opposed to “thrown” pottery – I don’t use a wheel.) Some of the shapes result from accidents (pieces broken out of the fragile, un-fired pottery) that I have been able to work around resulting in award winning pottery. Many of the carved designs are inspired by designs found on pre-historic Indian pottery and contemporary Indian art. Some of the designs come directly from my head so, if you find something really strange, it might be one of my own designs. • The color of the pottery is actually off-white or bone, and may vary slightly from one batch of clay to the next or from firing to firing. • The dimensions are approximate only, and I frequently do variations of selected designs on various sized pottery. • Commissions are accepted. Prices will depend on size and complexity of design. Please contact me if you have questions. I can be reached at: • rayh1@q.com or phone 928.567.9303. • Or Ray Harvey, 517 S. Yaqui Cir. Camp Verde, AZ 86322. • Enjoy! Ray
