    4. Business activities In order to complete their own activities successfully, functional areas in an organization must work together. If they do not, the whole business will suffer. Why do you think this is? The question at the end of this activity is designed to encourage students to start thinking about the importance of functional areas working together with each other in order to achieve the business’s aims and objectives. This links into the proceeding slides. Then, evaluate how the functional areas contribute to the aims and objectives of these businesses. This assignment will help students to work towards achieving M3 and D1 of the grading criteria.
