Structure & GovernanceSummary • Partnership established as a Company Limited by Guarantee. • 28 participating schools are “Members” – subject to payment of £10k annual subscription. • Membership open to Bradford secondary schools initially. • Members elect three “Directors” to develop and run the Partnership on a two year commitment: Chair, Vice Chair and Chief Executive. Directors must be serving headteachers/principals.

  5. Monitoring & Review:Review Process Collective Analysis of summer results and school completion of SEF Follow up visits targeted to specific needs. External HMI, Partnership Operations Director, Principal / Headteacher: agreed in advance vsMockSTED. Report identifies needs and/or expertise to be shared. Partnership brokers support to meet needs. Immediate verbal feedback followed up with written report and wider publication.

Successes in Our First 18 months • We have halved the gap between Bradford and the national average • No surprises: all Bradford Partnership judgements upheld by subsequent Ofsted inspections. • No Bradford secondary schools in Special Measures for the first time in over a decade. • We have doubled the number of schools judged Good or Outstanding from 7 to 14 out of a total of 28.
