  1. Deprived Sleep Can Make You Unhealthy Quality sleep is essential for better health. People don’t recognize the importance of comfortable sleep. Research has shown, eight hours of sleep is necessary for a healthy life. Quality sleep rejuvenates the metabolism of the body, your different body muscles require a certain time of rest. It is better to wear a comfortable dressing for quality sleep. A long pajama set is commonly used to feel pleasant during your night. There are various side effects of deprived sleep, we are going to discuss them one by one: Stress and deprived sleep: Stress is a common disease due to hectic routine life. There is a close relation between sleeping habits and stress. Continuous stress can cause serious health problems for the body, your anxiety level would be increased. Chronic stress can cause problems, like headaches, fatigued muscles, and depression. A prolonged condition of stress is a dangerous proposition for your health. Chronic stress can make you have bad temperatures, and your appetite can be disturbed. Memory Issues and deprived sleep: Quality sleep helps you to refresh your memory. During sleep your brain functions and enables the brain cells to remember the new information. Lack of sleep disturbs your concentration and ability to learn. You can judge yourself, how your ability to recall is disturbed due to deprived sleep. Your ability to concentrate and problem-solving abilities are badly affected by lack of sleep. Quality sleep makes room for learning and storing information in your brain. Immunity and bad sleep: Less sleep badly affects your immunity, you can be more erratic against the attack of various diseases. The chances of getting cold and flu increase. You are more likely to be affected by those germs when you are exposed to them. Certain antibodies and cytokines are produced due to quality sleep. These substances protect the body from invaders like bacteria and viruses. Deprived sleep weakens your antibodies and cytokines and it will take more time to recover from illness. Research has shown deprived sleep also increases your chances to get diabetes, and heart diseases. Digestive system and quality sleep:

  2. Less sleep can cause serious digestive issues for you. There are two important hormones, Leptin and Ghrelin. Leptin tells the brain you have eaten enough, Ghrelin stimulates the hunger urge. Sleep affects the levels of two hormones, leptin, and ghrelin, which control feelings of hunger and fullness. A lack of sleep disturbs the balance of these hormones. You may eat more, or have no urge to eat. This may disturb your digestive system and may cause obesity. How you can improve your sleep: There are multiple steps to improve your sleep. ● It is better to review your lifestyle, watching TV or using the internet may cause sleep. ● Are you stretching too hard to achieve? Take it easy without proper health, you can’t achieve anything! ● Eat healthy food like vegetables, fruits, and food full of vitamins, minerals and drink plenty of water. ● Exercise regularly, you can reduce the effect of tension and depression by exercise. You would feel relaxed even after a simple walk or jogging. ● Meditation and peacefulness can improve your quality of sleep. Try to divert your attention from your daily hectic routines by Mediation and Yoga!
