Complete “Green” Information Sheet and give to advisors or ignition leader. • Log on to your computer Net ID and password • Open the internet web browser Mozilla Firefox and go to the KSU homepage • Make sure you have the correct checklist: • Birth through Kindergarten (Traditional or Montessori) • ECE (PK – 5th grades) • MGE checklist (4th – 8th grades) • HIED checklist (6th – 12th grades) Welcome to Transfer Orientation!

  4. Admission to Teacher Education is separate from admission to KSU Teacher Education Admission Requirements • Completed ENGL 1101 & 1102 (grades of C or higher) • Completed EDUC 2110 (grade of C or higher) • Completed 45 semester hours of coursework from accredited institutions

  5. Teacher Education Admission Requirements (continued) • Instructor recommendation (supplemental recommendation if transferring EDUC 2110) • Cleared background check • KSU AGPA ≥2.75 andEducation Transfer GPA ≥2.75 (see your advisor)

  6. Passed or Exempted* GACE Program Admission Tests • GACE Program Admission Tests(formerly GACE Basic Skills) • http://gace.ets.org/ * Exemption scores: SAT + 1000 (Reading/Verbal + Math) or ACT = 43 (English + Math)
