Company History • Everest has been around in one form or another since 1997 • Grown slowly, methodically. • Capitalized on current market econometrics (example: condo conversions during 2006-2007 boom; Windhorse Manor in 2013, Acheson Commercial Corner in 2013-16) • Avoided leveraging and focussed on low debt-to-equity ratios, this is how Everest survived the downturn of 2008-09 when many other developers went under

Investment History • Everest began raising capital through private investors in 2006 • Initially open only to principals of the company and immediate friends and family • Investor returns were very good – a result of choosing the right project with the right location at the right time • Buoyed by this success, Everest executives felt comfortable taking our real estate investments to the capital market (exempt market)

  4. What is a Vision Statement? Vision Statement: outlines what the organization wants to be, or how it wants the world in which it operates to be (an "idealised" view of the world). It is a long-term view and concentrates on the future. It can be emotiveand is a source of inspiration.
