  3. How to make: PANETTONE

  4. You Need:-Bowls-A fork-An oven-Some aluminium papers-A pot

  5. INGREDIENTS:650 g. flour2 bags leavening150 g. sugar2 bags vanillin1 lemon5 yolks200 g. butter200 ml. milk125 g. sultanas70 g. candied orange

  6. PREPARATION-Mix the sugar, the vanillin, the peel of the lemon, some salt, the yolks and the butterwith the fork;-put the leavening in the milk;-pour the milk in the mixture;- work the mixture with your hands ;-put the sultanas and the candied orange;-put in the oven for 70 minutes;after 15 minutes, cover the PANETTONE with the aluminium;-bake again…
