  3. “Drop&Go” at work via the E-BOX Case: dropping clothes • Fill in a delivery note, put it with your clothes in a laundry bag. • Drop the laundry bag in an empty E-BOX, close the door, put the key in the keybox next to the E-BOX. KEYBOX

  4. “Drop&Go” at work via the E-BOX Dear C, Your clothes are back. Get the key at reception to get them back. When ready, ABN returns the clothes in the E-BOX. ABN gives the E-BOX key and a notification card to reception. Reception notifies the employee who will come and get the key.

ABN Comfort Club Get Free Comfort Units • When loading your ABN account to access ABN services Use them to pay Comfort Club services • Home cleaning, windows cleaning, ironing, ... • Others for your comfort and wellness ABN Home Cleaning for one time user To book an appointment, you should hold an active ABN account. We usually require three days advance notice. To pay this service, use your comfort units and or your services-tickets. ABN Home Cleaning for regular user To be considered as a regular user (once a week or once every two weeks), you should hold an active ABN account and be using an ABN Comfort Pass service.

  7. Green Care services The ABN Green Care program has been launched in January 2006. Step by step, we have organized our services differently making the choices you can expect from an environmentally responsible company: • the laundering of clothing is made at a fair price using only 100% ecological washing products • using cotton made bags, paper or reusable covers and recycled paper in order to reduce the volume of our non-recyclable waste • scheduling deliveries during low traffic hours • for home cleaning, ABN invites you to use mainly ecological cleaning products, not hazardous to your health, or the health of your pets • If you should hire us as an one time or regular user, we can furnish you, when required, with the appropriate cleaning products at additional charge.
