Corporate Travel Cards • Credit card usage • All cardholders must sign a form which outlines the policy for use and responsibilities • BWXT Pantex’s policy is now 100% review for non-travel related charges • 1st instance is a warning to the employee • 2nd instance is reported to employee’s supervisor for counseling • 3rd instance is referred to Human Resources for discipline • Delinquent accounts • Card is blocked immediately by card provider • Balance in full is required to unblock • If 60 days delinquent, payroll deductions enacted • If 90 days delinquent, card is canceled
