  3. Assessment Process • Individuals do test. • Automatic self-timing: after 8 individuals finish, 10 more minutes. • If you finish early, you can take a break but: • No discussion of test • No consultation of books or notes • Groups do same test • After 1 group finishes, 10 more minutes.

  4. A Symbolic View • Metaphor: theater, temple • Leader: prophet, poet • Change strategy: reframe, use self as symbol, stage rituals and ceremonies, tell stories, create drama • Focus: meaning, belief, faith
