Learn how to quickly copy a performance plan from the previous year to the current year for the same employee. Follow these 12 simple steps to save time and effort.

UsingCOPY PREVIOUS PLAN and SAVE DRAFT PLAN+To be used only when a plan for previous year exists for an employee+Only copies plan from previous year to current year. Does not copy from one employee to another.
STEPS:1. Open NEW PLAN for employee2. add start date of new plan.3. Enter H for rating scale.4. Go to Elements & Standards tab5. Click COPY FROM PREVIOUS PLAN button6. edit plan7. Go to Performance Plan tab and click SAVE DRAFT PLAN button8.Exit9. Log back in and select EXISTING PLAN for same employee. Select the most current plan. Check the plan10. click Finalized Plan button in Supervisor box on Performance Plan tab.11. SAVE final version12. Print plan if desired
Go to performance plan tab Click SAVE DRAFT Plan SIGNOUT
Log in again Select EXISTING PLAN
Click Finalized Plan box Click SAVE
