Enhancing Project Visibility Through Strategic Dissemination

Work package 7 focused on promoting and disseminating project information at European and national levels. Strategies included creating a cooperative image, implementing marketing and dissemination plans, producing newsletters, and maintaining a website with 13000 annual visits. Key outcomes included a communication kit, marketing plan, dissemination plan, newsletters, and strong connections with relevant networks.

  1. Work package 7 Promoting and disseminating TOP + WP 7

Dissemination was implemented both at European and national levels.  In order to reach target groups and sectors more efficiently a cooperative image was created, the marketing and dissemination Plans were drawn and implemented, four newsletters were produced. The website of the project had around 13000 visits per year WP 7

  3. Indicators achieved 1 Kit of Communication Plan 1 Marketing Plan 1 Dissemination Plan  4 Newsletters 13000 visits per year on the website WP 7

  4. Most Relevant Outcomes Website of the Project: the most visible and upgraded information of the Project. Participation at  European Week of Employment (2009) Final Conference in Brussels target to strategic decision-makers. (…) WP 7

  5. Most Relevant Outcomes Linking with the relevant Networks, where partners are involved and others such as: Gurteen Knowledge Community, Leonardo Virtual Community, ESREA Network on Adult Educators, etc. WP 7
