  2. Effort • Flexibility • How the body moves; Body movement with varying • Ability of a joint to move freely in every direction or, more specifically, through a full and normal range of motion

Cardiovascular endurance – • Sportsmanship - • The ability to perform numerous repetitions of and activity requiring considerable use of the circulatory system; Specific to the heart, lungs, and vascular system. • The Characteristics of fair play, honesty, and ethical behavior in games and sports.

  4. Aerobic • Anaerobic • With oxygen; Term refers to energy producing biochemical pathways in cells that use oxygen to produce energy. • A chemical reaction that does not require oxygen; Exercise in short, fast bursts.

  5. Dehydrate • RICE • The loss of water from body tissues. • A technique for treating injuries • Rest • Ice • Compress • Elevate

  6. Goals • Participate • Something toward which we continually expend effort and which we strive to achieve. • To take or have a part or share, as with others; partake; share

  7. Endurance • Agility • The ability or strength to continue or last, especially despite fatigue, stress, or other adverse conditions. • The ability to change direction of the entire body quickly while moving from one point to another.

  8. Pace • Strength • A rate of movement especially in stepping and walking. • A rate of activity, progress, growth, performance.
