The first Arrow is pointing at the Knee joint which is flexing, I am flexing my knee because I am Running up to kick the ball, I am using my Quadriceps which is the agonist muscle. I am using my Patella bone. 1
The Second Arrow Is pointing to my other Knee Joint which in The leg I used to kick the ball, I am using my Gastrocnemius and Soleus antagonists muscles . The bones I am using are my Patella Bones. 2
The third arrow is pointing to my hip joint which is Rotating, I am using my hamstring muscles and my Pelvis bone. I am rotating my torso using my oblique's. 4 The fourth arrow is pointing to my shoulder joint which is Rotating, I am using my Deltoids and my Clavicle and Scapula bones. 3
