Development of a Probabilistic Toolbox for OpenSim • Tell us about your group: • Casey MyersKevin ShelburnePeter Laz (not present) • Bradley Davidson • Big Picture Motivation: • Effects of uncertainty on model results are always present, but rarely considered • Aim 1 to develop a generalized, user-friendly “Probabilistic Toolbox” • Aim 2 to further our research in the area of lumbar spine muscular control • Workshop Goals: • Develop and refine lumbar spine model as a representative application for the Probabilistic Toolbox • Develop and implement a strategy through Matlab API to manipulate files in probabilistic analysis Laboratory
