Building Effective Leadership and Team Development Strategies

Join us to explore our department's participation in Leadership by Design (LbD) courses. We'll reflect on our plans for the September 1 early release day, discussing whether it met our expectations and the insights gained from the experience. We'll also outline the work planned between September 1 and September 22, culminating in our upcoming BLT meeting on September 22. During this meeting, we will review the plan for our October 1 department development time and discuss a sample student assessment to enhance our educational strategies.

(3 minutes) • What did you learn? (3 minutes) • What work is being done between September 1 and September 22? (10 minutes) • What is the plan for September 22? What outcomes or results will you look for? (10 minutes)

  3. Next BLT Meeting: Sept 22 • Review plan for October 1 department development time (approx 60-90 minutes) • Bring a sample of a student assessment that has been given and taken
