The Need • Millions of Americans have no life insurance coverage • 61% of adult Americans have life insurance, a decline from 70% in 1984 • 41% of adult Americans have individual insurance and rely on group insurance, leaving them vulnerable if they lose a job • Most People who have insurance don’t have enough • Post 9/11, U.S. gov’t recommends 12 times income for couples with no children and 20 times income for households with children • Average need is $459,000, but average owned is only $126,000 Americans For The Family

The Next Step • Contact the agent that invited you to this meeting and let them know your interest level. • If you don’t have your life insurance license: Go to www.naarep.com and click on “Careers” then“Licensing Info”. • Once licensed or if you already have your license, get the contracting paperwork filled out and register for the next new agent training meeting. • Find out when and where the next regional meeting or conference is to meet the leaders in NAA and make plans to attend. • Start thinking of your list of top 30 people that you would hate to see lose their homes because they don’t have our program • Put together your near term income goals and ask the person that invited you what you need to do to achieve those goals Americans For The Family
