NIVELACIÓN DIRECTA. ÁMBITO: Agrimensura. Es aquella nivelación con la cual se obtienen directamente en campo las alturas de puntos sobre la superficie de la tierra o el desnivel entre dos o mas puntos, con la ayuda de instrumentos a aparatos llamados niveles.
