  1. Islamabad travel guide Islamabad is modern, well structure and organized city in the Pakistan. It is capital and most populous city in Pakistan country and located within the Islamabad Capital Territory and the 9th largest city in the nation. Islamabad is also known as a fresh, relaxed and natural city.

  2. Get in • Islamabad Airport: Benazir Bhutto International airport is Islamabad international airport and it is the third-largest airport in Pakistan. The airport is actually situated outside of Islamabad, in the place of Chaklala, Rawalpindi. The code of this airport is ISB.

  3. Get in • By bus: Skyways, Daewoo Sammi and Niazi Express provide some best services to and from Islamabad. • By train: Islamabad is connecting with various cities like as Karachi, Lahore & Peshawar, you can visit easily by train in Pakistan.

  4. Get around • Taxis: Tourists can get easily taxi in affordable prices but prices depend upon customer bargaining skills. • Car: There are many companies provide car services so you can book car by phone and online.

  5. Shopping • Islamabad shopping malls are popular in the entire country. These malls have has both types shopping like as domestic and international. It has many top malls and market like as Safa Gold Mall, At F-7 Markaz, Mall9, At G-9 Markaz, Al Taqwa Mall, DHA Gold Crest and World Trade Center, it is a big shopping center with lots of handicraft stores but it is under construction.

  6. Education • Islamabad is said to be hub of education of Pakistan country. It has 16 recognized universities in which some of the top-ranked universities in Pakistan like as Quaid-i-Azam universities, Pakistan Institution of Engineering & Applied Sciences, and National University of Sciences and Technology. AllamaIqbal Start University in Islamabad is one of the biggest Universities by enrolment. The Pakistan Institution of Medical Sciences hospital in Islamabad is one of the biggest medical centers in Pakistan.

  7. See National Art Gallery • It is opened in 2007 and located in F5/1, on the corner of Jinnah & Constitution avenues, opposite the Parliament building. This gallery is a modern, light filled and air conditioned edifice. It covers an amazing diversity of fashionable and standard paintings, sculpture and other installations. It is open in 7 days from 11 AM to 1PM free and 2PM-7PM paid.

  9. Parks Daman-e-Koh • Daman-e-kohis famous tourists place in Islamabad. Its beauty is improved by the plants and blossoms at different sites.   10. Shakarparian • It is situated south of G6 and G7 and s a gorgeous wild and hilly area for evening walk in a green natural atmosphere.

  12. Fatima Jinnah Park • Fatima Jinnah Park is one of the largest in South East Asia and also known as the F-9 Park. It has large children's playground, cricket ground, some interesting sculptures, and an indoor facility with a nice bowling alley.

  13. Faisal Masjid • Islamabad's most special landmark, a very huge mosque blessed by King Faisal of Saudi Arabic. Fantastic in the day or evening, definitely value the brief cab drive. Outfit and act pleasantly, this is much more a position of serious praise than a vacationer site.

  14. Islamabad Zoo • Islamabad Zoo is the famous zoo in entire country which has more than 280 animals and 200 birds of different categories.

  15. Margalla Hills • Margalla Hills are quite big and extreme hills. It is best to start walking in the early morning in months March and November.

  16. Rawal Lake • Rawal Lake has recently been improved by the Capital Development Authority. The lake is used for fishing and boating. On the south part of the lake is another small park with a nice search, Red onion cafe and old Hindu temple. The biggest point in the lawn provides a spectacular opinion of Islamabad. Boating, sailing, water boarding and snorkeling features are structured by private clubs.

  17. Best time to visit Islamabad • The best time to visit Islamabad city is considered as December through February. Many visitors come at this time and take enjoy city attractions and natural beauty. Avoid May to July months due to heat season.
