INTRODUCTION Credibility problem of the regulatory body Different interests around nuclear sector Lack of transparency and public information in the part of the CSN and in the companies Some public information initiatives have been taken, but looking to the long term Objective: to give rigorous information to the population about nuclear safety and to locate other debates outside the environment of the CSN

Mass media must give information to the people. Groups without any responsibilities can give all kinds of information, and in big quantities. We must reach our purpose of being a reference source.
