  2. By the end of this presentation you will have learned: • -       The benefits of FitnessGram 9 • -       How to login • -       How to set up and enter data into score sheets • -       How to generate reports • -       Where to get help!

  3. FITNESSGRAM 9 is a new version of the FG software. It is now a web-based application. • The program is installed at a central location at the NCAAHPERD. Nothing is installed at the school or district level. All data is now stored at the NCAAHPERD. • Teachers can use the program to print reports for students and parents and can generate the statistical report to look at the data for their classes. • The North Carolina Center for Health Statistics will collect and analyze data for NCAAHPERD. SCHS will look at the data for the entire state and make comparisons of the data to other variables collected by the state (i.e., attendance, academic achievement, federal lunch programs, etc.).   4. Enter all FG scores into the new FG 9 program. Do NOT enter FG results into FG 8. • Do NOT uninstall FG 8 software. • Do NOT enter any sample or dummy data into FG 9. Important

  6. Step 1 – Login to FitnessGram (Select State, District, School and enter your Username and Password)

  25. Once you have completed your testing and have score sheets filled out, you are ready to enter scores.

  26. Although there is an autosave feature in the program, use the SAVE button and save often. Internet connectivity can always be an issue. Enter FITNESSGRAM Scores
