  5. Case 2 – Diana vs. Hercules • Patient History • 40 year old alcoholic with active TB • On induction rx in hospital • Massive hemoptysis • Cardiac arrest • Resuscitated/ventilated/transferred • Bronchoscopy-blood from left main bronchus

  7. Case 3 – Apollo vs. Ikarus • Patient History • Female 72 year old patient • 2004 OP for a colon GIST tumour • Control CT scan

  10. Case 4 – Apollo vs. Ikarus • Patient History • 78 year old patient • Severe claudication on both sides • Very high risk profile for surgery

  11. Post endovascular treatment

  12. Patient was discharged after 4 hours • Came back the next morning with rest-pain in right leg • What is your diagnosis?

  13. Case 5 – Hephaestus vs. Prometheus • Patient History • 76 year old female with progressive haemoptysis for 3 days • No fever • No medical history • Angiography was requested
