TRIBUNAL ADMINISTRATIVO DEL DEPORTE DE ANDALUCÍA El T.A.D.A. es el superior órgano administrativo de solución de conflictos deportivos de la Junta de Andalucía. • En el ejercicio de sus funciones actúa con total autonomía e independencia • Sin sometimiento jerárquico a ningún otro órgano de la Administración autonómica • Sus decisiones agotan la vía administrativa Racionaliza, simplifica y mejora el servicio al ciudadano, sin aumento del gasto. Reglamentariamente se regulará su estructura y régimen de funcionamiento. 3 Secciones: • ADMINISTRATIVA • RECURSOS ADM. • SANCIONADOR • DISCIPLINARIA • COMPETICIONAL • DISCIPLINARIO • ELECTORAL FEDER. • CONCILIACIÓN • ARBITRAJE FUNCIÓN CONSULTIVA:Informes y Dictámenes
