Objectives of each group project • A concrete idea or suggestion for Chinese community development • A desktop research to support such idea • Evidence in communities to support it • Feasibility in practice via one or two activities or events • Potential leading institutional innovation and sustainability

Outcomes of each project • A written proposal of projects (2000 words or more) • A post to highlight project idea, activities and outcomes • A brochure, photos, videos or other products with more details of the project • A demonstration of the feasibility of your project to attract audience or users

Questions for group discussion • What is the theme of your project and why is it important for Chinese community development? • What are aims and objectives of the project, what and how outcomes are matched with objectives? • How are you going to use Chinese School and other resources/stakeholders in next two months? • What means, methods, activities and events to be taken for what purposes/objectives? • What are job divisions amongst group members: research, external liaison, transcription, etc; • Any questions, difficulties, or suggestions?
