THE BizAIDS SOLUTION • IESC*1 is a non-profit organisation committed to promoting prosperity and stability through private enterprise development • 2000 - A need for help was recognised during a small business support programme in Zambia • Effort to reduce negative economic impact of HIV/AIDS on African communities • 2002 - BizAIDS was developed with funding from USAID/Zambia*2 • 2004 - IESC formed a partnership with SABCOHA*3 to provide support to very small businesses in South Africa *1 IESC – International Executive Service Corp *2 USAID – United States Agency for International Development *3 SABCOHA – South African Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS The BizAIDS solution
