The objectives of the WP1 • To assure the management of the project and ensure that all managing bodies at different levels can operate in the most efficient way (CC, TC, SC, AC) • Project monitoringto follow the execution of the project • To support the management of the overall scientific scope and technical activities of the project • To assume the connection with the DG SANCO and with all official external contacts on behalf of SINPHONIE

WP1 coordination and tasks Overall coordination: REC Overall technical coordination and management: Coordination Committee: REC, IDMEC-FEUP, JRC, NIEH Task1: Administrative and financial management • administrative issues • financial issues (budget, distribution for Partners) • contractual issue (DG Sanco-REC, Consortium Agreement) • project monitoring and project reporting • quality insurance

WP1 coordination and tasks Task2: Technical coordination and management Coordination Committee (CC) REC, IDMEC-FEUP, JRC, NIEH overall technical coordination of SINPHONIE harmonisation and distribution of different tasks (WPs, deliverables) input to the technical program (WPs, meeting, trainings) harmonisation of expertes (WPs, regions, countries) monitoring, reporting

WP1 coordination and tasks Technical Committee (TC) WP leaders and co-leaders coordination of the WPs according to the workplan implementation and monitoring the tasks of the WPs reporting about the deliverables of the WPs participation in the TC meetings harmonisation of the WPs in cooperation with the CC
