Cavernous Hemangioma • Most common intraorbital tumors • Wild jumbled growths of blood vessels • Surgical removal is extremely difficult • Rapidly grow, stabilize, shrink, repeat • Clots consume blood platelets so rapidly that bone marrow cannot keep up • Oral steroids shrink tumor • Soft and squishy to feel

  2. Hives • Hives are raised, often itchy, red welts on the surface of the skin. They are usually an allergic reaction to food or medicine.

  3. They change shape, disappear, and reappear within minutes or hours. • tend to start suddenly and go away quickly. When you press the center of a red welt, it turns white. This is called blanching. Avoid hot baths or showers. • Avoid irritating the area with tight-fitting clothing. • Take antihistamines.
