  3. Technisch kader; waarom, wat, hoe? Waarom een Technisch Kader? • Uitvoeren van het Hockey Technisch beleid • Ontwikkelen en aanbieden van professioneel training curriculum aan de leden • Ontwikkelen en/of benutten van bij MHCBE aanwezig talent onder leden en ouders voor invulling van de diverse functies in Technische Kader Wat is het Technisch Kader? Het Technisch Kader van MHCBE bestaat/gaat vooralsnog bestaan uit de volgende functies: • Trainers • Hoofdtrainers • Trainingscoördinatoren • Team Coaches • Specifieke doelgroep/focus coördinatoren:+ talenten ontwikkeling en selectie doorstroom+ loop (& fysieke) training+ … Zievolgende slide vooreenoverzicht van de diverse functies en hoofdtaken. Hoe wordt het Technisch Kader bepaald? • De TC stelt de structuur en benodigde functies binnen Technisch Kader vast en stelt functieprofielen op • De TC zorgt voor invulling/aanstelling van alle functies m.u.v. coaches voor breedte teams Jeugd en Mini teams • In principe streeft de TC naar het aanstellen van zoveel mogelijk ‘eigen talent’ van MHCBE binnen het Technisch Kader • De TC wil tevens voorzien in actieve en doelgerichte begeleiding en/of aanvullende opleiding voor de leden van het Technisch Kader 3
