  13. Leadership Selection • Applicants will be considered for assignment to any unit within the Corps commensurate with the unit level they are applying for.  • Minimum standards for Key Leadership positions on Corps Staff, Major Units, Outfits, and Special Units; cadets must be in good standing, cannot be on Academic Probation, must maintain a 2.80 overall GPR and 2.50 term GPR. • Minimum standards for Cadre Membership; cadets must be in good standing, cannot be on Academic Probation and must maintain a 2.60 overall GPR and 2.30 term GPR. • Minimum standards forGuidon; cadets must be in good standing, cannot be on Academic Probation and must maintain a 2.30 overall GPR and 2.30 term GPR. • Applicants must be within height/weight standards and have a current passing physical fitness score. • Applicants must be in good standing with the Corps and University.
